Training Stage - A real team building experience 

From  12 to 16 December, 2022 we organized a training stage with part of the Lamberti Ceramics  International Technical Team.

It’s been a great occasion to meet each other in person, at last, after restrictions due to the pandemic.

A very valuable time for sharing information and experience gathered.  Fiorano location, definitely offers cues and stimulation for technical conversation and growth.

The focus was digital glazing, but we covered also other hot R&D and Applicative topics.

Colleagues from Brazil, Spain, India, Indonesia, Poland and Mexico seized this opportunity with enthusiastic energy and returned home with the awareness to be not only people with expertise and ambition but a team.
